Hoodoo is a 5-piece band from Regina known for their high energy live performances, gritty instrumental grooves and ‘kick you in your teeth’ lyrics. With a blend of hip- hop, metal, and funk, this band refuses to be confined to a single genre. If Rage Against the Machine and Beastie Boys had a kid who was raised by uncle Sabbath, the result would be Hoodoo.
We are on the traditional lands referred to as Treaty 4, the territory of the nêhiyawak, Anihsināpēk, Dakota, Lakota, Nakoda and the homeland of the Métis/Michif Nation. We respect and honour the Treaties and acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past.
