7pm Sylvie Walker

Her compositions are infused with personal and collective experiences that explore deep themes, such as grief in all its forms. With a delicate touch of humour, she addresses topics sometimes considered taboo, like French-Canadian history and Catholic faith.

7:45pm Prairie Comeau

A nostalgic, slightly anachronistic duo that holds the memory of a time when music was a verb, something we shared, a giant songbook preciously tucked away in the piano bench. Ask almost any French-Canadian family, and they’ll know this book: “La Bonne Chanson”. Prairie Comeau not only aims to rearrange these pieces of their heritage, they explore how these songs could be experienced today, how the themes have evolved. The result is a timeless folk sound.

9pm Rayannah

An award-winning Franco-Manitoban artist, producer and beat-maker known for her ethereal vocal looping, genre-defying production style, textural sound design, and multidisciplinary installations. Performing inside a translucent structure alight with live projections by Saskatoon media artist Stephanie Kuse, she brings her immersive new show to Regina for the first time for the Cathedral Village Arts Festival. Innovative on stage and in the studio, she is set to release her electro-instrumental album “Trame” in two volumes throughout 2026.

Originating from the heart of the Canadian prairies, Ponteix was awarded Francophone Artist of the Year at the 2025 Western Canadian Music Awards. The project distills hypnotic grooves, weaving together psychedelic electronic pop with the melancholic tones of R&B and indie rock.
